Alola Australia is a support group that has been established in Australia to work in partnership with Fundasaun Alola. Alola Australia's dedicated members raise awareness and funds for Fundasaun Alola programs and aim to create strong links for Alola within Australia. The organisation's objectives are:
- To raise awareness throughout Australia of the need to support development programs in Timor-Leste for the benefit of women and children through support for Fundasaun Alola; and
- To raise funds for Fundasaun Alola to ensure the sustainability of its development programs.
All money raised by Alola Australia goes directly towards Fundasaun Alola’s core program areas.

The Alola Shop
The Alola Shop, located beside the Alola office in Mascarenhas and at Timor Plaza, stocks quality handicrafts produced by weavers from all around Timor-Leste.
The Alola Shop is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alola Foundation, with all profits going to support Alola's programs.

Changes at the top!
After 3 years in the job, Alola's CEO, Teresa Verdial, is leaving Alola to take up a graduate scholarship at the University of South Australia. Alola will farewell Alita at the end of May, and wishes her all success in her new endeavours. Alita has contributed an enormous amount to Alola over the past ten years.
